PLANNING: - Weekly phone(2x)/email conversations for wedding planning - Vendor consultations/vendor meetings/onsite visits - Provide a full detailed wedding checklist and maintain the schedule for meetings, placing orders, food tastings, floral visits, etc. - Develop a comprehensive wedding day schedule (covering setup/breakdown) for the couple’s approval before the wedding day - Create/Send notifications and reminders specifically for the bridal party - Obtain final headcount to reconcile counts/service needs with each vendor - (2) Attendants on day of wedding (up to 10 hours) EVENT DESIGN CONSULTING: - Consult with couple to identify their preferred wedding style - Curate an inspiration board that reflects the couple’s unique style and vision - Refine the inspiration board and establish a cohesive vision that can guide discussions during vendor meetings CREATE PERSONALIZED BUDGET: - Gain a clear understanding of the wedding budget and establish a clear parameter - Oversee budget and distribute funds as needed - Keep couple up to date on wedding spending VENUE SELECTION: - Recommend venues that align with the couple’s preferred style/budget - Arrange and attend venue site visits - Liaison between venue and couple - Design the seating arrangement and room layout for both the ceremony/reception spaces VENDOR SELECTION: - Recommend vendors that align with the couple’s preferred style/budget - Arrange and attend vendor meetings - Liaison between couple/vendor to handle price negotiations, contract reviews, ensure deadlines are met, etc. - i.e., vendors may include Photographer/Videographer/Cake Designer/Florist/DJ/Band/Linen/Stationer/Transportation/Hair/Makeup/etc. OUT OF TOWN GUEST SERVICES: - Arrange hotel room block agreement for out-of-town guests (Upon request) - Schedule group transportation (from Host Hotel to Venue) for guests (Upon request) OUR A LA CARTE SERVICES INCLUDE (Not Limited To): - Engagement Party - Bridal Shower - Couple’s Shower - Invitation Assembly - Rehearsal Dinner - Meet and Greet (all Family and Friends) - Day After Wedding Brunch - RSVP Management to request/confirm guest attendance
