From extravagant decor to bespoke floral arrangements, we’ll make your dream wedding a reality. PLANNING - Weekly phone(2x)/email conversations for wedding planning - Up to 30 hours of (combined) vendor consultations/vendor meetings/onsite visits - Provide a full detailed wedding checklist and maintain the schedule for meetings, placing orders, food tastings, floral visits, etc. - Obtain a copy of all pre-negotiated/negotiated vendor contracts to review and confirm details - Provide support in securing any remaining vendors necessary for the wedding (up to 3 vendors) - Obtain final headcount from couple to reconcile count/service needs OUT OF TOWN GUEST SERVICES - Arrange hotel room block agreement for out-of-town guests (Upon request) - Schedule group transportation (from Host Hotel to Venue) for guests (Upon request) REHEARSAL SERVICES - Arrange and coordinate wedding rehearsal with wedding party and vendors - Provide an itinerary to wedding party with wedding day specifics WEDDING DAY COORDINATOR - Complete wedding day coordination (10 hours) including setup/breakdown - (2) Attendants on day of wedding (up to 10 hours) - Provide support to the bride, groom, and wedding party as necessary in the moments leading up to the ceremony - Ensure that the bridal bouquet, bridesmaid bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages are distributed to respective wedding party - Coordinate the wedding party to ensure that everyone is positioned and prepared for the ceremony - Coordinate the couple’s entrance, wedding toasts, speeches, special dances, bouquet toss, garter toss, and grand exit, ensuring they align seamlessly with the established timeline - Oversee setup of ceremony and reception space(s) by vendors - Serve as the main contact for both vendors and the venue, handling inquiries, approving deliveries, and troubleshooting any issues - Arrange and set up personal decorations, including the card box, toasting flutes, cherished photos, guest book, unity candle, place cards, table numbers, and seating chart - Gather personal items and gifts, ensuring they are placed in the designated vehicle and ready for bride/groom departure
